Reservation Policies & Procedures

Arrival & Departure. Your accommodation at the Mountain View will be available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed.

Guarantee Policy. Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed or 2 days prior to arrival (whichever comes sooner) or by submitting your credit card details as a “guarantee of arrival”. Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy. Mountain View Country Inn reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings at our discretion, up to 7 days prior to the arrival date of the booking. Upon accepting any booking, no matter the method of sale of that booking. We accept no liability for loss, if we cancel bookings before 7 days prior to the bookings arrival date. Mountain View Country Inn may charge a cancellation fee to your credit card or retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancellation is not received 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
